Presentation Rules

Each text must be submitted by e-mail in a .doc/.docx format. A cover page must contain name of the author, his/her email, his/her affiliations (if applicable) and the title of the paper. The name of the author, as affiliations, must not appear elsewhere in the document. An abstract of 200 to 300 words in both French and English must accompany the text. Our staff will however take care of the translation should the author express his inability to supply one. Each text must be between 20 and 25 pages, and preceded by a table of contents. It must also contain the names of all contributing authors, along with a complete listing of their coordinates (telephone number, fax number, e-mail address).

Text Please use your word processing editor stylesheet to format your text. Name of people and organisations No capitals, except for acronyms. Latin and Foreign language words Italic.  

Notes

All note should be footnotes and not endnotes.  

Citations

Citations should follow, in french, the rules of the Guide des références pour la rédaction juridique (Lluelles Style), but in full without ibid, or in english the Canadian guide to uniform legal citation (McGill Style).
